Two months after the Swimming Gala, Holy Familians once again demonstrated their sportsmanship at the Annual Athletics Meet which was successfully held on 21st November.

The spectator stands resonated with slogans from the four houses that cheered enthusiastically for the competitors. The decorative props and creative slogans, which were consistent with each house's theme, added variety to the event.

Track and field events allowed the participants to exhibit their talents. Apart from the students, some members of the Alumnae Association and parents took part in the invitation relay and parent-child race respectively to express unity and harmony.

Following the events was the most-awaited moment – the presentation of prizes. House of Harmony was overwhelmed to have won the cheering team competition while House of Joy seized the overall championship.

The occasion was honored by the presence of Sister Cynthia Chan, our former Principal. In her speech, she made reference to the Beijing Olympics and pointed out that HFCC too had a dream to fulfill. The day ended with words of acknowledgement from the school Head Girl, followed by the singing of the school song.
